Tai Chi Class/Schedule

Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan (楊氏太極拳) is an “internal” martial art style, “externally” known for its health enhancing, slow moving forms and exercises.

Traditional Yang Tai Chi also includes martial and self-defense aspects that remain health enhancing for the practitioner but less than healthy for an assailant or attacker. Our Yang Tai Chi curriculum includes “external” application aspects as well as the traditional “internal” exercises and forms it is commonly known for.

Students will begin with learning the 108-movement long form and breathing exercises.

Classes are 50 minutes in duration.
