Fundamentals

A fundamental course in self defense with a simple multi-layered approach starting with situational awareness and minimizing your potential as a target. Classes will progress to hand-to-hand applications and use of improvised “tools” for defensive purposes; basic evasion and escape techniques as well as strikes, kicks and take downs will be integral. Advantages and disadvantages of various defensive applications and scenarios will also be discussed.

5-week program with class running 60 minutes in duration each week.
